Oshkosh & Nashville Trip
 August 2006

My latest outing was a trip from Norwood, MA over to the 2006 EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) held in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The next leg was down South to Nashville, Tennessee and then onto LaTrobe, Pennsylvania and finally back to Norwood again.

Total flying time = 20.5 Hours.
Total distance = 2100 Miles.

My co-pilot on this venture was
a friend of mine from Ireland,
Colum Cronin.

Flight Across
America

On January 2005, I bought a Cessna 152, tail number N89735 in Benson, Arizona. I then flew it back to Norwood on a trip which lasted a week. It was a wonderful adventure where I met many interesting characters along the way. The scenery was amazing also.

Note: At that time of my trip, President George Bush was being inaugurated for his 2nd. term, notice the red 'No Fly Zone' around Washington DC !!!
